In the Pre-Press Facility, n a standards based work flow the combination of CtP (or image–setter/film/plate) and press is run to an ISO standard, generally ISO 12647-2.The major concerns in producing and handling data for print is Incoming file integrity, ability to view and, therefore, to assess color accurately . We use GMG color management ,ink optimizers and epson spectroproofer to get the colors right on different type of paper substrates .We have invested in Esko software for quick layout and precise ctp thermal plate out put .Our mac systems are periodically upgraded and color calibrated with latest software to handle any file from customer which makes it more easier to handle any kind of print job.
In the Post-Press Facility, We have a wide range of finishing machines for lamination, foiling, die cutting, embossing, UV varnish, Textured varnish , Thermography , auto sealing machine for magazines, shrink wrapping , perfect binding , saddle stitching ,loop stitching for books, Die making ,Window patch, Pasting and Box making machine with special grooving for perfect finish , We are specialized in display stands.
We are specialized in food packaging , Bakery boxes ,Medicine boxes, perfume boxes , Kraft boxes, e-flute boxes, duplex and food board printed boxes, PE coated board printed boxes , Special packaging board printing which can be used directly in the oven and deep freezers. We make sure to use food grade certified boards and inks to produce such boxes with utmost cleanliness and quality control. We have always invested in Bobst machines specially for die cutting such packaging material to get perfection in finish. Cardboard display stands are also our specialty which are used to display products in supermarkets.
